Thanks to the AIS Centre, Thredbo's faciilities can easily rival any international resort. The centre includes a swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, a climbing wall, a running track and various sports halls for netball, volleyball, gymnastics and so on. The centre also houses a sports medicine and nutrition clinic.
More leisurely facilities available include jacuzzis, saunas, beauty parlour and masseurs. Some of the hotels and lodges also have saunas, jacuzzis et cetera - check with your accommodation provider.
