The main market town in the area and with nearly 70 shops St Johann is one of the better choices for those seeking a browse round the boutiques rather than the bars (or perhaps both) after skiing. There's a small shopping centre with larger shops on the outskirts of town next to the swimming complex and in the town itself more than a dozen souvenir shops and of course plenty of sports and fashion outlets. All other retail needs are also accommodated here.
