Sutton has a large and expanding selection of accommodation choices. The most popular options are generally either one of the spacious slopeside condos, most of them privately owned but available for letting through agencies in the town (see below); or one of the bed and breakfast or auberge establishments around Sutton or on the road up to the resort. Whilst the condos give all the facilities and slopeside convenience you would expect in a leading ski resort, the bed and breakfast establishments maintain the ambience and character of Sutton and the friendliness of its people. There are also conventional hotels.
Sutton Accommodations is Sutton's main reservation office, offering free reservation services and providing access to more than 275 units (slope side condos, traditional chalets and many hotels and bed and breakfast establishments to suit all budgets).
One of the main choices is The Condos-hôtel Montagnard offers studios, condos, and chalets fully equipped, with or without fireplace, for two to eight persons per unit. Chalets accommodate up to 20 people and direct access to the 50 km of cross-country ski trails is available from the complex.
