Established in 1967 the French ski resort Le Corbier lies at 1550 metres altitude in the Savoie region of the French Alps / Alpes. With the highest lifts and ski slopes at 2265m Le Corbier ski area is not snow sure. Over 170 snow cannons ensure artificial Le Corbier snow making covers 10km of ski trails, which equates to around 13 of the ski slopes. The nearest airport transfer to Le Corbier (France) is Geneva-Cointrin at a distance of 200km or approximately 130 minutes driving time. Le Corbier ski season runs from December to April.

Rectangular shaped purpose-built resort in the huge and uncrowded Les Sybelles Ski Area. Long popular with the French, much of the skiing is above the tree line. The resort has been designed for maximum convenience and with everything to hand. Traffic free, Le Corbier has a shopping arcade and childrens' facilities.
