Wellness facilities at the Silvretta Centre, Ischgl
| There’s no better place to go to rejuvenate after a cold day on the snow than the wellness centre at the Silvretta – it pretty much has everything you’ll need to get your body relaxed and your stresses relieved. The wellness area has a public sauna, steam room, solarium and infa-red room for soaking up the rays as well as a cold grotto and relaxation rooms. You will find massage jets in the centre’s swimming pool but for real indulgence, book a proper massage with one of the centre’s beauty therapists. Massage treatments include sports massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage and Thai massage and manicures and pedicures are also available. |

Bowling @ Silvretta Centre, Ischgl
For a fun apre ski activity for families or groups, or something to do on a bad weather day or with non skiers, why not have a few games at the Bowling alley in Ischgl? Part of the amazing Silvretta centre, the bowling alley has 4 excellently conditioned automatic bowling lanes.
The Bowling alley also has a cafe where you can find refreshments and tasty food including pizza, fondue etc. There are usually great money saving bowling and food deals – check with the staff when you’re paying! Besides a great range of food, the cafe has TV screens showing live sport events on SKY Sports.
Ischgl’s bowling alley is open on evenings from 5pm. Booking in advance is advised, especially if there’s bad weather and during school holidays. Private party bookings are available for special events and if you’re good enough you can take part in a bowling competition! |
