The River Mountain Lodge is by the centre of Breckenridge town and just across the road from the 4 o’clock run, although you will probably want to jump on the complimentary guest shuttle bus in the morning to get to a ski lift. The good standard hotel offers excellent value for money with its cosy hotel rooms and well sized condos. There is a bar and restaurant within the hotel and, more importantly, a couple of hot tubs and a sauna.
