Overview: apartment description: Residence Le Panoramic description

This is a new build development of self catering apartments in a prime location in the Flaine ‘Foret’ area of the resort - next to the Grands Vans chair lift and right at the foot of the slopes. It is due to open for the 2014/15 ski season and is planned to offer good sized accommodation with natural wood and stone themed decor and superb amenities.

Room Types: Residence Le Panoramic bedrooms

Planned accommodation: all apartments are planned to have kitchenette with a minimum of two hot plates, fridge and oven/microwave, flat screen TV and bathroom with bath or shower. Towels available for hire and end of stay cleaning can also be arranged for a supplement payable locally.

1 Bedroom Apartments (2-4 people): approx. 34m2, with twin or double bedroom plus double or two single sofa beds in the lounge area

1 Bedroom Cabine Apartments (2-6 people): approx. 42m2, as above with a set of bunks in a cabine area

2 Bedroom Apartments (2-6 people): approx. 58m2, with two bedrooms

2 Bedroom Cabine Apartments (2-8 people): approx. 63m2, as above with a set of bunks in a cabine area

Deposit: Approx. €300 per apartment, payable on arrival.

Part of the Grand Massif ski area, Flaine was purposely built on the mountain for direct access to some of the greatest terrain around. While the village may not be brimming with alpine charm, the skiing and facilities more than makeup for it, a place much loved by powder hounds and families alike.
