It was a total nightmare of a holiday. The hotel was meant to be a short bus ride away from the lifts, but the bus never came and it took about half an hour to get to the lifts. "A catastrophe!"

It was a total nightmare of a holiday. The hotel was meant to be a short bus ride away from the lifts, but the bus never came and it took about half an hour to get to the lifts. The hotel was very badly run, there weren’t many guests there and only about 3 members of staff. When we arrived there was no one at reception and the resort rep also wasn’t around to help out. When I got into my room I went to use the toilet and it was broken. The whole thing was a catastrophe. The food was inedible. It was so bad it was almost funny. We took photos of it we found it so bad. They served me boiled pig’s foot one night, it was disgusting. The chicken leg was literally just that, a chicken leg on a plate, nothing else. My brother-in-law ordered one of these and they brought out chicken for the rest of us and nothing for him. When he asked where his was they just responded ‘Oh we’ve run out of chicken, do you want an omelette?’, so then they made him a really bad omelette with leftovers from the starter/salad bar. The starters were a joke as well. They had cold meat and cheese and nothing to serve it with apart from clothes pegs... you were supposed to take the cold meat using clothes pegs, honestly! We were really looking forward to the pizza night, but the pizzas were awful, they were thick and soggy. So soggy it was as though someone had poured water on them. Not what I was expecting from Italian food. Some of the customers at the hotel actually seemed to like it there. I wanted to ask them where they had been before, must have been some kind of hell hole… (NB. I didn’t book this holiday through Sno)
