Located in Chamrousse 1700, Les Villages du Bachat - formerly known as Le Domaine d'Arselle - are apartments set amongst spruce trees and next to a green piste.

The apartments offer comfortable accommodation at excellent value, with the added benefit of an outdoor swimming pool and wellness centre with sauna, whirlpool and fitness room. All customers also benefit from a free lift pass.

Please note:

End-of-stay cleaning is included as standard, except for the kitchen areas.

Self catering accommodation:
If it is your first time skiing then Chamrousse is an ideal choice, with a free lift pass, good quality apartments and gentle ski runs. For your first time self catering we have some helpful tips:
• Check-in is 5pm
• Bed linen and towels are provided,
• Extra charge for small mini-ovens can be hired locally
• TV included (French channels)
• Large groups may not be allocated apartments in the same block
• Cleaning included as standard

Beautiful scenery Former Olympic resort Near Grenoble

A cluster of three villages in a quiet spot of woodland above Grenoble, at the foot of the Belledonne mountains. Former host of the Winter Olympics, Chamrousse has some fantastic skiing for beginners and families - with a few gems thrown in for experts (this is where Jean-Claude Killy won his golds, after all).

Book beginner or improver lessons with local English-speaking instructors for a fantastic introduction to the area - lessons are available from both of the villages, practising on friendly nursery slopes kitted out with conveyor lifts and rope tows. The button lift from 1750 Roche Béranger accesses some of the best beginner runs in this area; ski the Perche and divert via the Variante de la Perche until you’ve built some confidence.
